Refund and Exchange Policy

 

At Deborah Jansen, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. If your shopping experience and purchase do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Please note the following:

  • All courier costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • To request a refund or exchange, please email info@deborahjansen.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a quote for the courier costs. Upon your acceptance of the quote, we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected from you and returned to us. If you are exchanging the item for another size or product, the new item will be sent once the returned item has been received.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the items. Please allow up to five working days for this process.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, suitable for resale.
  • Deborah Jansen offers full cash refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
  • PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or exchanges will be processed on sale or discounted items
